Using Termalink

Termalink lets you control a terminal on a computer you own or are authorized to use. Only connect Termalink to computers you have permission to access.

You're responsible for your commands

Commands you run through Termalink run on your computer exactly as if you typed them there. You're responsible for what you run and for keeping your computer, network and devices secure — including who you pair with your computer.

Acceptable use

Don't use Termalink to access systems without authorization, to disrupt other people's services, to abuse the relay, or to break the law.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, purchased through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

No warranty

Termalink is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that sessions or history won't be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for data loss, damage to your systems, or other losses that result from using Termalink.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Termalink after a change, you accept the updated terms.
